About GreenCo
GreenCo Block Management Ltd is a full-service property management company based in Manchester, with a secondary office in Liverpool. We manage residential leasehold blocks and individual rental properties across the North West of England.
Our work covers block management, flat management, lettings, and refurbishment. We are not a national franchise. We manage properties directly, with in-house staff.

Why this resource is free
Mandate is free because GreenCo has a commercial interest in leaseholders completing RTM. When a leaseholder takes control of their building and appoints a new managing agent, we want to be considered. That’s the business model, stated plainly.
We make our money if leaseholders choose GreenCo after taking control of their building. You don’t have to choose us. The information, the guides, the eligibility checker, and the RTM assistant are all available whether you contact us or not.
We think that’s a better basis for a professional relationship than withholding information until you’ve paid for advice.
